In our web site, www.speejakwears.com we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of dispatch. You will be notified of any goods that are not in stock and offered an alternative item where applicable.

You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within fourteen working days from the date of order. Once processed, all orders are sent on a next day service, all orders will require a signature on delivery. Our Courier Company operates a tracking system, you will receive an email confirming that you order has been dispatched, this email will have the tracking information and an estimated delivery date and time. Please check that all your details are correct on your confirmation email; please contact us immediately if there are any errors.

You must choose a user name and password on completion of your registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that user name and password and shall only use the site under your own user name and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. You should not transfer or sell your user name to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your user name or password. When entering our site please be aware that an Internet cookie (unique identifier) will be sent to your computer, this is to enable us to gather data regarding users of our site, these cookies can be easily be deleted and cause no harm to your computer.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us via email, telephone or post.

You can return goods providing that they are unused. You must contact us via email info@speejakwears.com before returning any items. You must cover all return postage and state clearly your reason for return. If you wish to exchange any goods postage must be paid for the original delivery and the subsequent exchange. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period. All returned goods must be unused. Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods). We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to dispatch us.
